All things food seem to come in threes; meals (entrée, plat, dessert), the price of an espresso, and the number of cookbooks that come out per day. This may seem like humdrum foodie banter but this proverbial mold holds true like chemistry, in this case, molecular. From the owner of Food Gallery, Claude Deloffre brings us the culinary exhibition of the year, (sorry Arcimboldo), and Flammarion brings us the book. It was about time that a three-starred chef, a photographer from the Agence VU and the proclaimed front runner in molecular gastronomy got together to heat things up.

The book came out last week and the exhibition starts the 28th of November. There is an opening the night of the 27th from 7pm with the presence of the authors.

    hey carrie,
How funny you putting up this post. We (la cocotte team) are currently working with Galerie Fraiche attitude on putting together all the books for the bibliotheque. So maybe I might see you at the opening?
