Montmartre “Heart of the Neighborhood,” One Bedroom, Metro: Abbesses
A 30 second walk from the idyllic Abbesses Metro station, this apartment is for the traveller who wants a champagne breakfast upon arrival and a hot rain-bath shower. In other words, this apartment is primed to pamper; from luxurious bedding to bathrobes and your own computer. Recently redone, the tones are warm with exposed beams, stone walls and recessed floor lighting. Although this apartment is situated in the center of everything that is Montmartre (cafés, fresh markets, independent boutiques) it happens to be on one of the quietest sidestreets, rue Durantin. And no need to worry about dragging your suitcases up the stairs, as you are nestled away on the ground floor, with views of a bamboo garden.

Saint Germain “#1,” Studio, Metro: Odeon
Located in the cinema district of the notoriously chic rives gauches this studio apartment is a 5 minute walk from the Luxembourg Gardens and Notre Dame. Just down the street are the famed cafés, Les Deux Magots and The Café Flore, of Sartre and Simone de Beauvoir, nowadays frequented by Karl Lagerfeld, Sonia Rykiel and the fashion crowd. But if it’s something less razzle-dazzle you’re looking for, then just head into the quieter residential parts of the quartier, where you’ll become locals in no time. In addition to the understated ritziness of this neighborhood there are also stellar fresh markets, impressive governmental buildings such as the Senate and amazing book stores.

Saint Germain “#2,” One bedroom, Metro: Maubert Mutualité This apartment is on the 6th floor (elevator of course!) of a meticulous Parisian building. Just behind the street you have the Seine, perfect for afternoon walks and in the warmer months taking part in tradional French folk dancing. Aside from well-known cafés of the neighborhood you also have the more palatable part of the Latin Quarter just a few minutes away, not to mention the crèpes stands and markets of rue Mouffetard. The apartment design is very Philippe Stark-ish.

Bonjour,
Could you please send me some information about the apartments you have listed on the site. Maybe I’m just missing something, but I don’t see any contact information to inquire about the apartments. Any help is appreciated.
Merci,
Chuck

Are you advertising now?

I wouldn’t exactly call it advertising. More of a side thing that I’ve started.
